THE SERVICE WAS QUICK AND RECIPIENTS LIKED THE ARRANGEMENT. HOWEVER, I ORDERED THIS MORE EXPENSIVE ARRANGEMENT PRIMARILY BECAUSE OF THE BEAUTIFUL STARGAZER LILY IN THE FRONT OF THE ARRANGEMENT. I TRIED CALLING THE SHOP SEVERAL TIMES, BUT GOT A RECORDING EACH TIME SO I COULD NOT ASK ABOUT THAT PARTICULAR FLOWER. THERE WAS NO SUCH LILY ANYWHERE IN THE ARRANGEMENT, SO OBVIOUSLY I WAS NOT PLEASED. MY SON PICKED UP THE ARRANGEMENT AND DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THAT PARTICULAR LILY. HE SAID IT WAS VERY NICE, BUT I WAS UPSET BECAUSE THAT FLOWER MADE THAT WHOLE ARRANGEMENT AS I VIEWED IT ON LINE. I GOT UP VERY EARLY IN WASHINGTON STATE IN ORDER TO TALK TO SOMEONE AT THE SHOP, BUT TO NO AVAIL. I WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN WITHOUT SPEAKING TO SOMEONE. THE LADIES THAT RECEIVED THE FLOWERS THOUGHT THEY WERE PRETTY, BUT WERE UNAWARE OF THE STAR GAZER LILY THAT I THOUGHT I ORDERED.
